This book was a fantastic gift for my husband. He has been a dairy farmer his whole life and has now "retired" to raising beef cattle. Farmall tractors have been part of his life for over forty years now, so he loves reading about them. This book is full of information on many different tractors with beautiful and colorful pictures of old and new tractors. Anyone who loves Farmall tractors and appreciates them would love to spend time in this book. The book was in perfect condition and was shipped quickly.
I bought this for my father for Christmas, and he has really been enjoying it. Every time I visit him he is looking at this book. He says it is very informative. He had 9 other antique tractor and Farmall books prior to this one, so that is very impressive.
Fascinating history! Especially enjoyed the discussion of how developments the tractors manufactured by the company's competitors affected the various Farmall models and the discussion of the tensions between the engineers and the designers.A must read for tractor lovers!

It was a Christmas present for my husband. He grew up on IH red equipment. We still farm today! Wonderful book with all the pictures and history.
A lot of management names. Not much about specific designs, components, changes, etc.
